VibraLens is licensed, not sold. Your use of the app is subject to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement and these terms.

Ownership

VibraLens, including its name, branding, visual design, source code, original graphics, documentation, and proprietary implementation, is owned by the developer of VibraLens and protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Restrictions

Except where applicable law expressly permits otherwise, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, redistribute, sublicense, sell, publish, or create derivative works from VibraLens or its proprietary materials. You may not use the VibraLens name, icon, branding, screenshots, or other identifying materials in a way that suggests affiliation, endorsement, or ownership without prior written permission.

Independent work

These terms protect VibraLens's original expression, branding, code, assets, and proprietary implementation. They do not claim ownership of general ideas, scientific principles, measurement methods in the public domain, or independently developed software that does not copy protected VibraLens materials.

Safety and accuracy

VibraLens is a visualization tool and is provided without a guarantee that every reading will be complete or error-free. It does not replace a safety inspection, professional engineering judgment, or a calibrated contact instrument. Never attach an iPhone to vibrating machinery.
